The Flexible Frontline Fund – a new programme for Glasspool in April 2024
From the end of January 2024, Glasspool’s flagship grants programme, the Essential Living Fund, will cease and The Flexible Frontline Fund will replace it as our primary programme providing grants for individuals in financial hardship.

We are reviewing and assessing the applications and you may be contacted in the coming months for further information.
The final decision on successful Grants Delivery Partners will be made in December 2023.

From Monday 20th March 2023
We will not be able to accept any new applications from organisations who wish to register with us, nor can we accept any additional branches of organisations already registered with us.

**EXTENDED DEADLINE** Please note the previously advertised deadline for receiving applications has now been extended to Wednesday 30th November, 5pm.
Glasspool Charity Trust and The Drapers’ Company are launching a new grants programme for individuals in financial hardship living in the London Borough of Waltham Forest from January 2023 to December 2025. The new programme, Essential Living Plus – Waltham Forest, will provide small grants (up to £500 or a maximum of £750 in exceptional circumstances) for a wide range of items or services.
We’re looking for three voluntary or community organisations based in the borough to become our grants delivery partners.
August 2022
If you’re a homeowner or private tenant on benefits or a low income you could get a grant of up to £25,000 to improve your home and save on your energy bills to help with the cost of living through The Mayor of London’s Warmer Homes programme.
February 2022
Due to the high level of demand for grants through this joint programme, the fund is now closed to new applications.
From Monday 14 February 2022 we will only be able to accept applications for our main funding programme for household items and clothing.
